A beautiful and pristine example of a Dr. Wall Worcester tea bowl and saucer. This is not a married set, and is as originally made. Both pieces are reeded and decorated in blue and white with the elegantly simple Immortelle pattern. The saucer is 4 inches in diameter and the cup is 3 inches. As mentioned, there are no flaws, damage, or restoration, and it bears a label showing the provenance as part of the well-known and important Susi and Ian Sutherland collection. |
